To make Crispy Chilli Beef effortlessly, follow these simple steps:
1. Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, mix the beef slices with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Coat the Beef: Place cornstarch in a shallow dish. Dredge the marinated beef slices in the cornstarch until fully coated.
3. Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
